Ballarni guarantees the cooking utensil against any manufacturing defects .This warrant does not cover damages to the product resulting from misuse ,failure to comply with the instruction for use or if the product is banged pr dropped .For non-stick surfaces,it is normal to darken in the course of mine.Any scratches strains or discoloration that may occur in the non-stick coating as well as in the exterior coating are merely visible signs of normal use and do not give cause for complaint .Scratches of the cooking surface will not affect the safety of the pans This warranty stars from the date the product was purchased by the consumer which has to be proved with a receipt .
