never pre-heat the pan while empty since the heating might be very fast and could damage the non stick coating.Every time you use the cookware after washing,please make sure the bottom is perfectly dry.If not properly wiped.the pattern of the pan’s bottom is likely to retain drops of water that could evaporate while heating the cookware.Anyhow,this situation is not to be considered harmful to the user(Taormina range excepted).
