it is recommend a hand washing with sponge and liquid detergents,in case of dish washing cycles,we recommend to use soft detergents and select economic cycles at moderate temperature .Use of a dishwasher will not affect the performance but may discolour the pan.In case of externally uncoated pans the use of dishwasher accelerates the oxidation process thus forming marks on the surface.Do not use abrasive,scouring products,powder products or oven cleaning products .We recommend to rub the pan with a few drops of oil after washing.
