Glass lid

When raising the lid,avoid exposure to the possible release of steam or oil splashes due to the falling of condensation from the inner surface of the lid .2)The glass may be damaged by blows ,which normally results in breakage during cooking .Careful use and storage is required .3)Avoid forced cooling with cold water .4)Cracks and scratches ;do not use glass cover with cracks or scratches ,if the glass cover presents such defects ,it can easily breaking during its usage .In this case ,please contact our customer service for the replacement .5)The use of protective gloves is compulsory in case of lids with partially or totally metal knobs .6)Lids with metal knobs can be used in the oven .7)Cleaning :never use metallic utensils,sharp or abrasive tools which may deteriorate and scratches the glass cover .8)With steam vent :during use ,pay attention to the position of the vent for continuous release of steam ,in order to avoid scalds .The vent should be positioned on the side opposite to that of the person handling the same
